Channel 4
This first image is just to show what website it is, there isn't enough content on there so I had to scroll down.
I saw this first because of the size and colour, which lead me to the next image.
I looked at this next because it was red on black and right next to the title I had just looked at.
After looking at that I remembered the first title and image and looked at the quote underneath.
My eyes did the same thing as before, where I've read one thing on the left and went to the next on the right.
Which lead me to this section which is separated by layout I think so doesn't get a lot of my attention.
I looked at this top bar last because it's not that noticeable within the whole page.
ITV News
This caught my eye first because of the white against black and separation from the rest of the page.
This layout was very simple, it was easy to read from left to right which I did with these stories.
I looked at this after the first three stories because it was below them and more text without an image, so my eye wasn't drawn to them as quickly.
I looked at the search bar last again because it's not part of the page properly.
Sky News
The homepage didn't give enough content so I scrolled down a bit to the stories.
This page worked out the same as ITV, it was very easy where I read the frist story and went from left to right.
After reading from left to right I went down the page onto these stories and then across to the others, since they're laid out like columns.
This was very seperate I thought to the rest of the page because theres no yellow which made me see it last.
